Boston

I spent two days in the city for a work event. Usually I’m in the central part of the city, where I used to work and I’m most familiar with what’s around. But I love exploring other areas, especially on foot, and this event took me to parts of Charleston, Somerville, and Cambridge that I’ve not explored.

One response to “Boston”

  1. I love the four blue circles, and the b&w wavy lines, from the MoS — they’re so abstract you can’t even tell what you’re looking at. (I see the blue circles in the background of the escalator, but I just love how sublime their form is in the abstract image.)

That first picture, under the bridge, is made majestic by the many-times-repeated archway framing itself into the distance.

The clouds behind the tall ships somehow manage to be ominous and exalted at the same time.

So many great images in these two batches — the repeating architectural patterns, the surreal ceiling and clock.
